Director Duty Retired

The Cambria County Agricultural Farmland Preservation Program is honored to announce that Patrick Dumm has decided to step down as a director of the Farmland Preservation Board.   Mr. Dumm, who resides in New Germany, has served on the board for 22 years, in the capacity of a Contractor.  Pat has assisted the board in making decisions that allow landowners to preserve their farms in Cambria County and enjoyed his time serving but feels it's now time for fresh thoughts and has decided not to renew his position.  Pat was awarded an embroidered fleece vest to enjoy his retirement in comfort.  We are pleased to announce that the position of Contractor will be filled, beginning in January, by Darrell Dumm, son of Patrick.   Darrell comes to us with many years of experience in the family Contracting business and will be a great addition to the board.  Congratulations Pat!
