2024 Legislative Tour: Chest Creek Dam Removal & Restoration Site

This year’s Legislative Tour occurred on Thursday, September 12th, 2024, at the Chest Creek Dam Removal & Restoration Site. Approximately 50 people were in attendance including State Legislators, Local Commissioners, representatives from DCNR, PA Fish & Boat Commission, DEP, Conservation staff and Board members, and various other organizations. The tour highlighted a project in action and provided an understanding to all that goes into these projects. A lunch was provided for by Queen of Peace Parish/ Event Hall in Patton.
